The JPs wouldn't care: unlike the retards on this board, they know that travel, suitable local teachers outside of Japan, and original songs all add up to be very expensive, so minimizing those expenses is a perfectly valid approach.

It's the members of EN who choose to bear all those costs in the hope that they'll pay off eventually, ending up in debt to Cover in the meantime, that are far more likely to end up incredibly stressed.

They mostly like their personal managers so the issues are with middle and upper management. What is horrible about this situation is that HoloEN was usually optimistic in 2023 but in 2024 the mood suddenly decreased while the numbers of graduations has increased. They might say they love the direction of Hololive but sure feels like that might be complete horse manure.

Probably in that order.

She couldn't handle the traveling. That was a dealbreaker. She never felt good enough/really tried to improve at dancing or singing. This compounds her gen responsibility because her incompetence in those areas was an active detriment to her gen anytime they had to do something together. She obviously felt very bad about this and is part of why the rest of her gen didn't respond to her departure as you would expect. Corpo autism is just icing at this point but it was probably a huge pain in the ass she was happy to get rid of.

Her personal level of skill in singing/dancing didn't matter, people loved her performances regardless, and saplings were one of the most represented fanbases during BD, MILF hats were everywhere during both BD and FES, so she was still a draw for events like that. She is taking vocal lessons to this day, and while she will never be some amazing singer, she improved since debut. Traveling was a problem tho, yes.
