Apparently some of the suits at Anycolor and/or Rakuten thought that there ever was any significant overlap between:

>people who either live in Japan and have Japanese bank accounts, or are both willing and financially able to pay a proxy to buy Niji EN x NBA merch and ship it to themand so those suits decided to greenlight this merch collab. Surprisingly enough, there were two Niji EN livers who actually fit all three categories; unsurprisingly, neither was part of the collab, or even told of the collab until the general public found out via press release. That press release was the last straw for one of those two livers, who made her decision to graduate at that point and was finally able to graduate nearly six months later.
....oh, and Kuzuha is part of this collab because of fucking course he is.
