Gura did stuff with other talents but they couldn't talk about that with fans because she was suspended. The same thing was going on with Ina during that 3 month "health" break and she didn't lose her work phone. Cover uses idol style ostracization punishments at least with the girls and there are signs they have done that a few times in the EN branch.

The statement of "no matter who we are" is a little ominous but it might only relate to the recent graduations. I don't think Gura will leave Hololive unless contract talks fall apart with Ame but with Mumei leaving I have zero trust in management.

Aruran got a 2.0 design after 37 months while Kaela got a "redebut" after 36 months. Cover hates giving out model redesigns so that is a contract issue that can easily turn into a war.
A Japanese company will be reluctant to replace a sleazy design even when the talent finds it embarrassing and their are many cultural differences with the EN branch.

None of the 90 people hang out with all the other 89 people, at most a dozen or so with any form of regularity, so that's never an actual problem. As for the people they do hang out with, going off of what my JP oshi has said, yes they do usually ask each other whether they can mention each other on stream, where they went, what they did etc. Reminder that Cover does provide opsec training (even if the results aren't always perfect).

Unicorns will always blame the guys but you can't deny their sudden "graduations" were suspicious. Axel never removed Magni and Vesper from his intro and Nimi Nightmare hired Caspurr for her debut lore video. They clearly got into a fight with management but the way the other talents acted it was management that was doing something wrong.
