There are no laws for adaptations, it can be as tight or as loose as they want
Again, if you don't like it, that's fine but it's a work, so treat it as such
Also I don't care about the success of a show in and of itself, success means nothing when shitty shows can be massively successful, not a good benchmark for writing, especially for american media
Show me the writing errors, contradictions, fallacies etc. give me OBJECTIVE flaws, not "i don't like because it's woke troon fag dei shit that isn't faithful" that's all your opinion, you haven't provided anything substantial for why it's bad beyond your personal shitty views
