>>98859964People keep saying this but its bullshit. No one truly knows the contracts of each cover talent, no one. Yes, many companies have some sort of clause to "prevent" internal relationships because they can be troublesome. Rumors, fights, but specially conflicts of interest. BUT, and this is a big but, none of them are truly enforceable due to humanitarian reasons, and this applies to differents extents of law per country, but is quite similar in any place with a half decent state. There are laws that protect the right of people to both work and have a private life of their own, without their employers meddling on it. Yes, like with NDAs, which have zero chance of standing in front of a judge, there are greys areas that let companies get away with them, like going to the limits of formally harassing their employees, annoy them, tainting their CVs, or just the cost and nuisance of a long litigation. Besides all of this, even if Cover goes to great lengths to avoid such a situation, if it were to occur, I doubt their first reaction would be to antagonize their talents.
Anyway, sorry for the rant, this is not meant to support any rrat, it just that I'm tired of reading these baseless affirmations.
