Henma is a good manager that goes above and beyond for his kids, even Ame said so (he actually hasn't managed moom in a while, probably a year or more), although he can be a bit overprotective in making sure they have proper breaks so they don't overdo it
Having a manager that you get along with is SUPER important for Holos mental health-wise, back before Kroma Kronii was fucking miserable and her first manager would give her lip over shit and be overall useless and it contributed to her having a tough time earlier on
OH, and there's Jenma who was basically sister-friend-lovers with Kiara before she got her big promotion to branch manager, I could talk about how much she did for her for a long time
