You could use the feedback forum. I did asking for IDs yesterday.
But I'm pretty sure either

Which is a shame. I'm sure it'd unironically be one of the few "popular" changes on the board. I can't see anyone being mad at IDs other than shitposters who samefag on their iphones.
They don't even need to immedietly keep it permenant. They could try it out for 2weeks/a month and if things improve, keep them, and if they get worse (doubtful) then they can remove them.
Also it's not like 1 anon is asking for them I'd argue 80% of the board wants IDs.
