4060 is a bit more powerful and has framegen, which, very unfortunately, modern games are starting to effectively require. VRAM's a bit low but it's probably ok for 1080p.
I have a 3060. It mostly does what I need to, but I can't really recommend buying one in 2025 unless you really just need something vaguely modernish and find a good deal.
4060 would probably be the better pick since a quick glance at Amazons shows it only costing about 50 bucks more. You might want to do some research on AMD cards if you're on a budget and don't care about AI stuff.
