Personally I like the Kemomimi Refle girls, they have been in the game for a long time and are kind of the OG in a lot of ways, definitely the first ones to "hit it big". They are the big number girls of ASMR/AVtubers.
Necoma Karin in particular is my favorite. I love her voice and personality and you can tell she absolutely loves what she's doing - it doesn't feel fake or "acted" at all. She also has a ton of very high quality L2Ds in a variety of poses, like ones that are lying on the side or are on her knees or whatever and are accurately rigged for exactly those positions. She also has some pretty good 3D models with great tracking.
Karin usually does ASMR on Youtube and then moves on over to fc2 for the more spicy "aftershows" when she gets too hot and bothered. Used to stream a lot of games too but she hasn't been doing that so much anymore recently.
