This retard really thinks Nintendo "stripped" them of DS/3ds perms when in reality they were using modded consoles which is against the TOS. Funnily enough Pekora is the only case I remember of someone streaming a DS game because she was sponsored to do so, and SquareEnix sent her a devkit in order to stream it.
I would say it's baffling that nijisanji let them stream DS but as we all know they don't have managers
