>>99418108It really does come down to one's own interpretation of the religion though, there are definitely Muslims out there who disagree with hunting down the people who criticize the religion, for example, in the Quran it says follow the laws of your land, Scholars have interpreted this verse as meaning one should integrate with the social customs and regulations of the society, i.e not hunting down non muslim goy.
There have also been periods in Christianity where Christians would do what some extreme Muslims would do today when it comes to disrespecting the religions central authority, there's some Christians out there who start witch hunts for people making goofy jokes, i mean, pakisaysdesu literally done this the other day.
But that's my opinion anyway (shrug emoji)....
