Which hololive parent (model illustrator, riggers are a different story) gives the least fucks about their child?

I don't mean like Shigure Ui who insults her daughter endlessly — I mean not watching the streams, collabbing, never drawing art outside of what's strictly required, clearly treating the contract as a job and nothing else.
