The video also makes it seem like Gura came up with a schizo persona of herself (Gawr I guess) that was able to be strong enough to move forward when she wasn't.
I guess some kind of "I can't cope with everything happening myself so I'll invent a new persona for myself and have her carry me through this" thing.
But it only lasted so long and she no longer wanted that "fake" persona to be what everyone sees of her, she just wants to be her true self now.
I can sympathize with all that, but at the same time I remember what Gura was like throughout the past years and how she time and time again did extremely little for us, hell she didn't even wish us a merry christmas or check in on us during many weeks of hiatus(es).
Those kind of things cannot be excused with management struggles or perms issues or just general dissatisfaction. I don't want her to think that she can put all the blame on others, she definitely let down fans on her own as well.
