They had started to realize they had massively, utterly fucked up by the end of 2022 which is why they fired Omega and sheepishly shat out Tempus2 doing damage control from day 1, and then they course corrected with Advent.
Fundamentally, it's as simple as EN branch leadership didn't understand their product, didn't understand the fans, and refused to try until it was too late. They convinced themselves "the EN market is different" with no evidence, just feels and vibes.
