your friend using your friendship to put pressure on the deal is scummy, and what is shown and said to have happened, and is what people are upset about, aswell as the fact it was very much stated to be targeting individuals specifically, not just 'anyone'.

it is, in this case, absolutely opinion, as it is about if Nano felt the friendship was being used or not, and there is no way to prove or disprove that legally, which defaults to Nano being correct, at least in terms of legal guilt or not.
not to mention whether you like it or not, narrative and public opinion matter in court decisions, and it is squarely against Sinder in this case.
Nano also could call multiple witness to the stand to back up her opinion here, which is the only difference between the line of opinion and fact in this case, giving her even more advantage.
trying to toss Nano under the bus here is simply absurdity or deflection. unless Bao comes out against her too, its meaningless too.
