I remember when Subaru was the underperformer of her Gen that was pretty much ignored.
Maybe Cover should have ignored her, Miko, Mel and Choco and never given them a 3d debut, or newer costumes and invested money on the real money makers, like Fubuki, Aqua, Pekora and Shion.
