They could but if you're a very small tuber who gets next to no donos then you're pigeonholed into responding. But a much bigger vtuber like Gura? Even if she wasn't company mandated to not be political, she should ignore it anyway. With those kinds of issues, you cannot win; you WILL piss off someone.
