Tamriel Rebuilt is a mod project that has been going on for 20+ years to build the entirety of Morrowind, as the game only takes place on Vvardenfell (the big island in the middle of the inland sea). The project was slow going until 2018 where the development of Tamriel Data and some new mod tools gave the project new life, and now its getting yearly releases of content. The next major drop actually comes out in two days, featuring the city of Narsis and around 240 quests.
Project Tamriel is a sister to Tamriel Rebuilt, using the same managerial strategy and tools to create entirely new provinces. So far there have been two releases for Skyrim and one for Cyrodiil that just came out a few months ago featuring Anvil, which was my previous pic, with another Skyrim release likely later this year and maybe a High Rock release next year.
The content quality is astounding. Its easily some of the best quest and world design of any TES game if you stick to all the content made at or after 2018.
