>What is this?
A board wide tournament, similar to lord of the board hosted by /fig/ as part of their 2nd anniversary which will take place with in Soul Calibur 6.
>Who can enter?
Any thread can submit an entry but will be judged similarly to how LoTB handled it. "We may decline an entry if they are submitting in bad faith, if their thread has struggled to stay on the catalog for multiple months, or if their thread is banned on /vt/." Due to recent events, if you are combined with another thread currently but I can find your home thread in the archives then you may still submit your home thread.
>What is the format of the tournament?
In Ogey calibur 1 we had it set up as teams who gathered points and moved on based on how many wins the overall team got. This year we are doing a normal double elimination bracket of 48 or 50 entrants (Depends on how fast people sign up). Day 1 will include 25 matches with losers being sent to a losers bracket for another day. There will be no teams this time.

Well good, not even /fig/ knows how to play fighting games. This is simply for entertainment purposes of watching 2 AIs beat the shit out of each other and watch their clothes explode.

Simply fill out the form accordingly, and we'll reach you with your choice of contact if needed.
>Do I need to get proof of interest, like divegrass?
Due to the nature of the tournament, while we won't be actively looking for "poi" I do advise you to discuss with your thread thoroughly as cap will be 50 entrants.
>How do I make a fighter for the tournament?
In the form there is a number of questions for you to describe and talk about your threads "Soul". The term used for the custom characters is referred to as souls. There are varying play styles that I have link in the form along with videos linking to items and how they look on both genders. Do keep in mind some races do have aspects that may not be customized/allowed or exclusive to the race. Example being the lizard man has virtually no outfits or headgear. If you are a previous entrant in the first tournament and would like to recycle your soul simply write in the details section at the bottom about the rep you'd like to recycle. If not please fill accordingly as normal.

No it is not needed for you to enter or to make your Soul. Though if you do own Soul Calibur 6 you may follow the guides here to export your soul and send it to us to be implemented into the game.
