Sakana said invaders CAN keep their current identity if they want, but its not required, and they can invade with a new one if they want.
so, in reality, the frog/bee/library says little about who may be joining. they could be pulling a Jelly, where they are basically the same but with a degree of separation to keep old ownership rights. or, they could be 100% new characters and we'll have to go off of voice to figure out.

only 'good' thing is Invaders arent expected to keep a lid on PLs like regular gens.
