Bruh, several of the FlowGlow girls had zero streaming experience, clearly don't really care/don't really value a background in streaming experience that much so long they think you'll be a good fit

You have it backwards. Cover's success has always been down to finding talented 2views and giving them a platform to thrive that they don't have the business acumen to reach on their own. Many of the ones who were already notable (like Polka) aren't even any more successful than ones who were absolute nobodies (like Korone). The growth of the EN indie market means there are going to be more of these unknown 2views trying to make it since they see more indies finding success, which means there are going to be more of them for Cover's talent scouts to sort through, not less.
