There is just this weird delusion that integrating means being treated like a Japanese person when you fucking aren't?
You'll be treated differently because of your skin color, or if you are in a wheelchair, or if you're a famous actor, or if you are an albino, or if...you get my point
If by integration you mean being a fully functioning and accepted part of society then yes you can integrate in Japan, it's only if you want larp as japanese that it's a problem
