Mumei asked for a 3D outfit with her hair down as her 1 million wish, she was given a timeline, then she was told it was delayed so she had to change the theme for her Birthday Live hence the name "Outside the Box".
She was then told it would ackshully take double the time so it would not be available by the time she graduated. Mumei got 1 million subs in Jan 2024 btw

I'm pretty sure the affiliate deal no longer exists, or it's an unspoken clause in cover's overall graduation terms. They needed to try something around the time Ame was going out the door because of ReEnco, the card game, and a few other things in the pipeline, then it made sense to include Chloe in that too as HoloX is a big market group. Turns out though, they don't print HoloX merch with Chloe in it anyway, so who knows what the actual fucking terms of it were.
