https://bunshun.jp/articles/-/76136- Auditioned to both big corpos. Hololive called back the next day, Nijisanji a week after, at that point she already accepted the hololive offer.
- Was supposed to debut half a year earlier with a different model (probably gen3?)
- Because of the delay she was allowed to give input on her own design and debut in gen 4 (usually the model is already done or in progress when the VTuber auditions)
- When she started in hololive there were no restrictions, management was pretty hands-off.
- She gave it 150% when she started. (She calls it 150%, because she thinks it was not sustainable for her, physically and mentally)
- At the time most people thought this whole VTuber thing would die in 3 years.
- The company did never expect that SCs would make so much income.
- She quit because she wasn't comfortable with other people having to decide between business and be at risk due to supporting her
- She is very thankful for being able to experience such a wonderful time at the company.
After Hololive:
Felt pressure to live up to Coco and was numberfagging hard. Got burnt out and stopped having any joy with streaming. Once she realized that, she took more breaks until she recovered.
These days she mostly focuses on having fun with streaming so that she can last as a streamer.
