Also a lot of them just have nice voices by default (Nyan, Suko, Lumi) so even if they didn't have much training they would still sound decent or better. The few chuubas I know with really strong singing skills are not as prominent because that won't work for the 4+ hour livestreaming meta.
The first exception that comes to mind is Minikomew and that's because she gets the turtle buff.
