That's why she called Phase broke when talking about joining NOA and why she said that Phase isn't financially viable for her because it would be too much of a downgrade few months earlier (when she was complaining that vshojo are veto'ing her).
No corpo would ever agree to such terms (aside from her current one which is imploding at the moment). As other anon said, she thinks way too highly of herself. Competent corpo won't offer her some turbo special unique offer, corpos need to be fair toward all their talents.
Sayu, in her peak woman moments, is failing to do basic pros vs cons analysis (despite supposedely having analytical mind and working for two big IT companies in the past. Her #1 life goal is being a in a group of friends but she keeps refusing to take those chances because joining one would mean earning less money (at least for a while) even though it would still be a lot. But no, she's not willing to go on any compromise while demanding the world to adjust to her needs and constantly wallowing in self-pity. Yes, she was treated extremely unfairly during her time in Nijisanji and shortly after but she also does have big community and a lot of content creators willing to support her - but she doesn't recognize them for what they are, she wants a lot more. This way she'll eventually end up with nothing.
