A. Mysta despit being a moid, was genuinely a good streamer, Quin isn't
B. He is closely associated to Enna who was implicated in the Selen drama
C. He wasn't ever seen as being close to Selen or showing support for her, so nobody paid him any attention.
Ultimately, his relevance was tied to being next to much bigger and more accomplished people. Unironically if he had just gone full scorched Earth on Nijisanji and allied with Selen, he probably would have had a much better ride out because he would have been seen to have put his neck on the line. The way he did it was just the coward's way out and was seen as opportunistic. The fact he's tried to leverage every single connection he has only proves that.
