I think part of the issue with Dooby that keeps her from streaming is she doesn't like a wide variety of games, so sometimes there are large periods where she has no games to stream. If she doesn't have any other idea for a stream that isn't game related (like those zany alien streams) then she has nothing to stream.

She actually will be because Cover is what killed her motivation to stream. No Cover giving her crippling depression means Gura becomes an active streamer again. This is in contrast to Ame who stopped streaming simply because she was burned the fuck out on it.
