Even IDs alone make for a decent tool, because if every post in a chain is different, or if one suspiciously disappears and its replaced it calls legitimacy into question
The real issue now is that because the board's traffic cratered, while it's still a potent tool, also would also kill splits if they're just 5 people all day
The time to implement them was months ago at the height of traffic, now it'd be a death knell
