But you have to keep in mind that it's so easy for people to drop you (like with the Sinder chick), so even if you go around saying things are a lot more free, it's really just the admin part of things, and you still need to cover your butt.
Until you want to try bigger projects and you realize that you have to hire people and shit and maybe work with another agency. Sakuna seemed quite overworked commenting on those things and now she's doing things with Brave Group.
All in all, either people leaving are misinformed or just want to make a bigger buck out of doing less.
