Hololive has only about 50 to 70 talents, compared to the HUNDREDS that Niji has, the literal WAVES they have (pun unintended). For Hololive, the entry and exit of every talent is a big fucking deal. Just the graduation of ONE talent is already a big talking point, as we've seen with Aqua and Shion. (and yes, I know EN is a different story, but I'll get to that) As

I'm of the opinion that Gura's clique (aka SNOT) was the most disadvantaged, whereas the Japan-based clique (Mori, Irys, Bae and soon Fuwamoco + Biboo) benefited more by being based in Japan. But the thing about this narrative is that you also cannot ignore the difficulties these girls had in making their moves. Mori will always be second fiddle to the largest talent in her gen. Irys had to suffer two years of bullshit from Omega. And so on.
