Imagine all the fucking awkwardness that would be going on behind the scenes with her coworkers too. She's no longer on friendly terms with at least Noel and Flare, isn't she?
It's just going to be sad. She'll be back but will only have a fraction of the popularity/momentum she had as prime Rushia. She'd literally kill someone to get back into Holo but she'll just end up discontent again in a few months when she realizes it's not the same as before.
Only chance she has of making it back into Holo is to literally fake her death and then get voice changing surgery.
