You conveniently left out Irys. If anyone has a reason to leave Holo over creative differences and issues of management it would have been her... in 2022. She was screwed over by Omega the most and had been isolated in Project Hope. She was devoid of a unit and gens for the longest time. That she endured was a miracle, and the announcement of Promise was a big deal, because it recognized the replacement of Sana with Irys and more importantly, the recognition that Irys is indeed EN 2.0 (though she will still joke about being the most senpai)
Its why I think Kronii would be the most pissed. I could see Irys understanding Fauna's decision, but Bae and Kronii would hate the idea of breaking up a gen when they were not even fully a year old. It would have been a disservice not just to their fans and to the company, but especially to Irys. Some have mentioned they were kinder to Mumei, and even the health issue rrats are real, I think Promise was more willing to see Mumei off. But Fauna was willing to get out quicker for some reason (most likely to avoid FES)
Lastly, as to why Ame and Gura were convinced, well. We all know Gura's issues with management and cover, as well as her own claims of imposter syndrome etc etc. And one moire thing you all are forgetting: Gura is Fauna's oshi. If I were in the same corpo as my oshi, and if my oshi was this impressionable girl younger than myself who wa sbeing held back by dumb management decision, I too would try to get my oshi out of company. (and maybe her girlfriend too)
