I'm not gonna say other holos "half ass" stuff like voice packs, but considering the length their recording sessions go by, and the very fact that they make sure to go to the studio even for things they don't have to like voice packs, just to have the best possible audio setup nobody will notice, I think it's a safe bet that at least some talents take less time to record theirs than FUWAMOCO spend in traffic going to and from the studio to record their own.
When it comes to stuff like covers I'm glad they care that much, they should. But they care as much about every little thing.
