Do you need the background? I believe it’s a background screenshot from Violet Evergarden if I’m not mistaken. Or do you want the girl? The girl should be relatively easy to find on gelbooru looking for the tags: “transparent_background”, “angela_(seiken_densetsu_3)”, and “leotard”. I believe I found it lying around that site, but my memory is super blurry.
I could revisit it and try another go at it some time in the near future.
