Filled lower part solid blue and began drawing clouds alternating white and light blue, working back to front, and sometimes using same blush with sky-color to cut into clouds.
I put a splotch of red in with the same air-brush so you can see it.
Where new portions met existing image, I smeared paint to hide transitions.
