>>1664673 still stands, mainly because I'm not sure what kind of look you want as far as the wallpaper placement. If you just want to get one image to sit square you have to use something like image2wallpaper, or even the live wallpaper app fivewallpapers that is set to just use one image. Not just the gs5 but quite a few android devices do that weird proportional scale effect with the wallpapers.
