Think of the picture you're copying as an extremely detailed reference for your project. It's not 100% absolutely necessary to copy it pixel for pixel. If you have to make a minor adjustment to make it subjectively better, do it. (Thinks like making hair strands thicker or leaving them out all together)
As for the rest, they're mostly just points where your lines are too sharp.
