for the black hair lines within the hair itself, i see you rounded the top but there are obvious corners that show where the nodes are. you can change the node type to "smooth" on a lot of edges to round them more.
some lines are a bit uneven or not the same width as well, and are incomplete. make sure you arent making small gaps between one shape and another.
finally, down by the bottom right of the face there is a tiny sliver of fill missing leaving a bit of transparency. use a brightly colored background like the guide suggests to help see through small holes in your coloring. keep practicing, and try something harder - if you spend more time on it you can totally make an awesome vector.
