A couple of small spots near the end of the cape
and it's important to check "crevices"; narrow wedges where hair strands separate or
(in this case) where the hair meets her hat.
Some of the faster selection-tools (like color mask) won't "go into" such areas.
Final advice: it often helps if you "inside feather" the outline 1 pixel or select just the border and blur it by less than 1 pixel.
That fights the "jaggies". It's a matter of judgment. Too much erases the outline.
