One of the things I would fix, is the hairband frill that has he line for the hair - the placements of the lines make it all just converge instead od one thing going under or over another.. I'd fix it by better tracing out the "curve for the lock of hair going to her ear, and put in a taper.
Also like the other starting anon, you need to pull your air tips 0 they are making almost a "fat end" affect, when the taper should be making it thinner. Look at
