The outside of the circle should be a bit more blurred,it seems like it may just be the blur setting you used, since I can see theres a stripe through the middle that's not blurred at all and perhaps the circle itself could be a little smaller, but thats just my preference. Your circle looks a little low quality as well. All in all it's not absolutely horrible, just keep trying and you'll get better. (:
