Red: Pointy edges that need some rounding
Blue: Issues with shadows and lighting.
The red: Starting with the girl on the right, the one circled in her hair should round out a little bit, so it would be best to fillet it. The one on her breast should be rounded as well. The shadow below it needs to be rounded a little more as you can see a little sharp edge.
For the girl on the left, at her ear, the line suddenly stops but it should go further down into the other line, so it looks a little rounded. As for her collar, I can't really tell from the original image, but it looks like the line was supposed to go out and a little bit up instead of just being a sharp point (or you can just round it if you want). As for her sleeve, the little point looks filleted but there seems to be some "smudgyness" with the line where the point is.
For both of them, the pockets end points look a little weird. The edges aren't rounded and it looks like you pulled the end out a bit. It would probably be better if you rounded the edges and brought the lines back in a bit.
The blue: Once again, starting from the girl on the right. On her arm, the shadow looks a little droopy at the end where it looks like a circle. It also looks like it should extend further down the line. The shadow near the bottom of the sweater looks incomplete.
