I know it's supposed to be the ear and hairline, but when the image is simplified like that, some odd things appear in the silhouette (and the rest of the body is just a blob), so it;s usually best to use a dynamic pose or one with more discernable detail in the outline (though the hail salute wouldn't work here).
I would've probably used a different base image and either made the swastika more sublte or got rid of it entirely. or gone completely the other way and added the armband with it
But I get what this image is going for (I think... it's aping one of those old Apple commercials, right?)
also, I think the gradient glow is a little on the nose - there's less ambiguity, and people who agree will simply approve more, and those that don't will feel more strongly in that direction. That's like the basics of manipulating people
