>>1479726Pretty good! Here are the things I saw:
* First, I like how you're using the line technique for the hair and the ribbon - it is a nice effect overall.
* To emphasize the ribbon and hair having this uniqueness: the circles in red for the scarf-bit: Make those solid (thick) going into the lines for the ribbon.
* The lin in the long red oval of the hair: bend that a little bit more, so it doesn't look so straight and "mechanical" If this were Nano, I'd so totally do it, to give more of an "automaton" feel"
* The blue circle for the hair: that taper of the pink stripes, line should be more solid - like the one on the opposite side.
* The two green circles show that the stripes' thicknesses on either side is not uniform or bending the same way, like they should. The inside pinks tripe is perfectly parallel and looks really, REALLY nicely done.
* The blue circle in the ribbon: Looks good, but wouldn't it look better if it had a shape that followed an invisible curved line from the short tapering line, down to the tapering line beneath it? I'm not saying to follow it fully, but use that as the thing that defines that shadow's shape.
* The light blue: not fixes but suggestions: since you have most lines in the hair tapering at the ends, why not see what it looks liek if these followed suit?
* Finally, the orange circle:while nice, again, it looks TOO straight. Try bending it slightly towards the right and/or shortening it to touch the other tapered end properly.
So good start! Can't wait to see it finished!
