I ended up having to add a WinMove for HexChat when it's active, because when the looping title bar script caught and removed HexChat's title bar, it would resize the window and make it bigger. So instead of hitting my tiling script again I can just let the title bar script do it for me.
I think I'm finally satisfied with the modifications I've made to both my Firefox CSS and 4chan SS theme... well for the time being, at least. I made the navigation bar smaller, darker, and transparent to better match the overall theme. Both the 4chanx and SS options buttons are hidden but still clickable as well.
