I have the 63 frames all lined up.
I averaged out the overlaps, which gives the image on the left.
The background, bullets and text are variable from frame to frame.
So, more work is needed to make it look right, as only Yoko is static.
I tried calculating the median, which gives the image on the right.
That didn't work too well.
I identified the 11 frames that were used to make the original poster.
Now I have to cut out the text, and each bullets at the right frame.
It's quite the chore, so it might be a while until I have a completed image.
The background will be uneven, but it won't matter, as it'll be removed anyway.
