So I've got this so far. I feel like the skirt looks so plain. I tried adding some shadows in, but only a few of them looked like they belonged. Any suggestions on the shading for the skirt? Also, the inside of the skirt on the right side was just a gradient in the source, but I also don't like how plain it looks. I think there needs to be a line to indicate a fold, but I don't know how it should look. This is the problem with not having an eye for art.
