I have a picture I'd like to have re sized and the background color changed on. I am trying to make a custom mat, but I don't know how I would go about re sizing without losing quality, and keeping it in the regulations that I have set to be able to have this made as a mat. Some of the things that they say about the mat size is as so;
Make sure image size is 24.5" x 14.5". The outer 1/4" of the design will be cut off. The mat is only 24" x 14", but we need the extra size so the image bleeds to the whole mat.
There is more to it, but the text part I believe I can figure out myself. The image here is what I want to be made into the size above, or for those who use PX it's 3675 x 2175. And since the background to this is white, I'd rather it be a darker color because white stains easy with grease and all that. The color of it doesn't matter much for the background, just so it's not white. It would be most appreciated if someone could do this for me.
