I think you handled your outlines well enough for a newcomer considering the shitty resolution to work from and, like daul said, that usually the part where people fuck up the most. That being said there are a couple of ends on her hair that could look much better. Where it suffers the most are the parts where it feels like you relied on the original to guide yourself without understanding the actual composition of the picture (ex: nose, mouth, lower outlines for the eyes and shirt around the collar). That's something that you will pick up with experience and also learning the tools. You should probably aim for a much more complex image next project.
